Ballari, Dec. 22: Teacher Orientation Programme – 4 was held herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ballari.
First Session: The first session on the topic “Leading by Example: How Teachers Shape Classroom Culture” was conducted by Smt. Saraswathi J, Pradhancharya, RVK Ballari. She discussed the strengths and challenges of teachers in managing diverse learners, the importance of classroom culture and building strong teacher-student relationships.

Neelamma were graced the program.Darshil of class 6 displayed the costume of Lord Krishna, Children of classes 1 to 7 participated in a competition to recite verses from Bhagavad Gita.Certificates were given to the winners.
