Bellary, Aug. 6-8: ‘Uttarotsava 2026-27’ was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ballari. The festival was held in five phases – Anveshan Vigyan Utsav, Ganithatsav, Bhasha Utsav, Kalautsav and Heritage Fest.
- Anveshan Vigyan Utsav – Practical activities and science experiments were conducted.
- Maths Utsav – Students solved puzzles and codes.
- Bhasha Utsav – Stories, poems, speeches, and discussions were held.
- Kalautsav – Students performed art, music, dance, theatre and handicrafts.
- Heritage Fest – Students explored India’s traditions, history, architecture and cultural values.
- Educational Field Visit – Students observed a scientific experiment at the Soil and Water Testing Centre.
- Visited the Bellary Fort. Visited the Central Library and Archaeological Museum.
- APMC and Raghavendra Swamy visited a cotton merchant’s shop and learnt about practical mathematics.
- Viewed the rich artistic and cultural heritage of Joladarashi.
- Students displayed science models, mathematical concepts, creative writing, paintings, and cultural performances.

ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಆ. 6-8: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ʼಉತ್ತರೋತ್ಸವ 2026–27ʼ ವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಉತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ವೇಷಣ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಉತ್ಸವ, ಗಣಿತೋತ್ಸವ, ಭಾಷಾ ಉತ್ಸವ, ಕಲಾಉತ್ಸವ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆರಿಟೇಜ್ ಫೆಸ್ಟ್ – ಈ ಐದು ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಅನ್ವೇಷಣ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಉತ್ಸವ – ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನದ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಗಣಿತೋತ್ಸವ – ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಒಗಟುಗಳನ್ನು, ಸಂಕೇತಗಳನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸಿದರು.
- ಭಾಷಾ ಉತ್ಸವ – ಕಥೆಗಳು, ಕವಿತೆಗಳು, ಭಾಷಣಗಳು, ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು ನಡೆದವು.
- ಕಲೌತ್ಸವ – ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಲೆ, ಸಂಗೀತ, ನೃತ್ಯ, ರಂಗಭೂಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕರಕುಶಲತೆಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
- ಹೆರಿಟೇಜ್ ಫೆಸ್ಟ್ – ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳು, ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅನ್ವೇಷಿಸಿದರು.
- ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಭೇಟಿ – ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಣ್ಣು ಮತ್ತು ನೀರು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು.
- ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಕೋಟೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
- ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪುರಾತತ್ವ ವಸ್ತು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
- APMC ಮತ್ತು ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಹತ್ತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿ ಮಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಬೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ವ್ಯಾವಹಾರಿಕ ಗಣಿತವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು.
- ಜೋಳದರಾಶಿಯ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಕಲಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮಾದರಿಗಳು, ಗಣಿತದ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳು, ಸೃಜನಶೀಲ ಬರವಣಿಗೆ, ವರ್ಣಚಿತ್ರಗಳು, ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
