Sri Sharana Basava performed the puja of Shiva by chanting mantras and chanting Ashtottaras. All the students chanted the slogan \u201cOm Namah Shivaya\u201d. The puja was completed by Maha Mangalarati song by Smt. Renaka. The students explained the importance of Mahashivratri in detail. And performed devotional dance. They sang devotional songs. Under the guidance of Sri Sharana Basappa and Sri Yogesh, the students recited Lingashataka. On this occasion, Smt. Sarojini Naidu Jayanti was also celebrated. The students narrated the life and achievements of Sarojini Naidu. They dressed up as Sarojini Naidu and presented a meaningful dialogue. The Principal, Smt. Saraswati, gave a motivational speech highlighting Sarojini Naidu\u2019s quality of leadership, patriotism and dedication to the nation.
