Ballari, Dec. 21: Teacher Refresher Training – 4 was conducted herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ballari.
• The summary of the Teacher Orientation Programme was presented by Smt. Saraswathi J, Pradhancharya, RVK Ballari. She explained the design, objectives and expected outcomes of the programme.
• Before the commencement of the sessions, the participants appeared for a pre-test aimed at assessing their basic understanding of teaching practices and subject competencies.
• The first session was conducted by Sri Ranganath, Academic Head of RVK North Cluster and Pradhancharya RVK Hagaribommanahalli.
They emphasised on Panchamukhi education as a framework for holistic education.
The true purpose of education, importance of interdisciplinary approach, inclusion of all five Panchamukhi elements in classroom teaching, physical development through strength and anatomy were the main themes conveyed during the session.
He also referred to the Taittiriya Upanishad.
• Smt. Chaitra gave an insightful session on the National Education Policy (NEP) and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF). She explained how Panchamukhi education is integrated in various dimensions and explained the comprehensive progress card that focuses on 360-degree assessment of a child’s development.
• The second session was led by Sri Ranganath. He stressed the importance of effective lesson planning and classroom implementation.
This included learning objectives, competencies and learning outcomes, remedial actions, Panchamukhi elements, reflection.
• Smt. Jyothi presented a sample lesson plan on “Separation of Objects” (Class 8 – Chemistry).
• Sri Nagaraj demonstrated a lesson plan on “Forest and Wildlife”.
• Session 3 on “Tools and Techniques for Digital Teaching” was led by Smt. Jyothi. They explained the integration of STEM in classroom teaching and provided hands-on experience with digital platforms like PhET, simulations, DIKSHA, OLabs etc. These tools have been shown to support effective teaching and formative assessment.
• Smt. Saraswati conducted the final session. The session focused on reflection, sharing of learning experiences and group discussions, key takeaways.
• All the participants enthusiastically participated in the evening games
• The day concluded with a visit to the Amruteshwar Temple followed by Bhajans, fostering a sense of harmony, peace and spiritual upliftment.

• ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಓರಿಯಂಟೇಶನ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಾರಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಜೆ, ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯ, ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ, ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
• ಅವಧಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ಮೊದಲು, ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂಲ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪೂರ್ವ-ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾದರು.
• ಮೊದಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್ನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಮುಖ್ ಶ್ರೀ ರಂಗನಾಥ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಅವರು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ಸಮಗ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ನಿಜವಾದ ಉದ್ದೇಶ, ಅಂತರಶಿಸ್ತೀಯ ವಿಧಾನದ ಮಹತ್ವ, ತರಗತಿಯ ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಐದು ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ, ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂಗರಚನಾಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ದೈಹಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಅವರು ತೈತ್ತಿರೀಯ ಉಪನಿಷತ್ತನ್ನು ಸಹ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದರು.
• ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಚೈತ್ರಾ ಅವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿ (NEP) ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು (NCF) ಕುರಿತು ಒಳನೋಟವುಳ್ಳ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರು. ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ವಿವಿಧ ಆಯಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಗುವಿನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ 360-ಡಿಗ್ರಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸುವ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
• ಎರಡನೇ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ರಂಗನಾಥ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ತರಗತಿಯ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು, ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು, ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಅಂಶಗಳು, ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬ ಇವುಗಳು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದ್ದವು.
• ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಅವರು “ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಕೆ” (8ನೇ ತರಗತಿ – ರಸಾಯನಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ) ಕುರಿತು ಮಾದರಿ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
• ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಅವರು “ಅರಣ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿ” ಕುರಿತು ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
• “ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಬೋಧನೆಗಾಗಿ ಪರಿಕರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಗಳು” ಕುರಿತು ಸೆಷನ್ 3 ಅನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಅವರು ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ತರಗತಿಯ ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ STEM ನ ಏಕೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು PhET, ಸಿಮ್ಯುಲೇಶನ್ಗಳು, DIKSHA, OLabs ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪ್ಲಾಟ್ಫಾರ್ಮ್ಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಪರಿಕರಗಳು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ತೋರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
• ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಅವರು ಅಂತಿಮ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಚಿಂತನೆ, ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಅನುಭವಗಳ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಂಪು ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು, ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಟೇಕ್ಅವೇಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿದರು.
• ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ ಆಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು
• ಅಮೃತೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ನಂತರ ಭಜನೆ, ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯ, ಶಾಂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಉನ್ನತಿಯ ಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಿನವು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
