Ballari, Dec. 22: Teacher Orientation Programme – 4 was held herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ballari.
First Session: The first session on the topic “Leading by Example: How Teachers Shape Classroom Culture” was conducted by Smt. Saraswathi J, Pradhancharya, RVK Ballari. She discussed the strengths and challenges of teachers in managing diverse learners, the importance of classroom culture and building strong teacher-student relationships.
Second Session: This session was led by Sri Nagaraj. It started with motivational videos. This was followed by a group activity on different types of assessments and their importance. Smt. Jyothi discussed classroom assessment techniques, effective strategies and online assessment tools.The third session of the day was led by Sri Ranganath, Academic Head RVK, North Cluster and Pradhancharya, Hagaribommanahalli. It began with participants sharing experiences on how their teachers had influenced their lives. They stressed that teaching enriched with values, ethics and character building is essential in shaping students.The participating candidates took the test and submitted their feedback.The programme concluded with a valedictory function hosted by RVK -Hagaribommanahalli.
ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಡಿ. 22: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ – 4 ಅನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಮೊದಲ ಅವಧಿ: “ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆ: ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತರಗತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ರೂಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಮೊದಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಜೆ., ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯ, ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ಕಲಿಯುವವರನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು, ತರಗತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಬಲವಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ-ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದು ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಎರಡನೇ ಅವಧಿ: ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ನೇತೃತ್ವವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಅವರು ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದು ಪ್ರೇರಕ ವೀಡಿಯೊಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಗುಂಪು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು.ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಅವರು ತರಗತಿಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ತಂತ್ರಗಳು, ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ತಂತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಪರಿಕರಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು.ದಿನದ ಮೂರನೇ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ನೇತೃತ್ವವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ರಂಗನಾಥ್, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಮುಖ್ ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ, ಉತ್ತರ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಬೀರಿದರು ಎಂಬುದರ ಕುರಿತು ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು, ನೀತಿಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಿಂದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವ ಬೋಧನೆಯು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಮಾಪನವನ್ನು ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯವರು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
