Ballari, Mar. 7: A Chandan program was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidy Kendra – Ballari. Smt. Sangeetha taught the bhajans to the parents and students present. A mesmerising keyboard performance was performed by the students. The students performed a drama-dance that emphasised the importance of friendship. A beautiful song was sung by the Mathru Bharati troupe. The guests spoke and made the parents aware of Indian culture, diversity, the importance of festivals and holidays and the impact of modern technology on children. Principal Smt. Saraswati addressed the parents and students who had come to the program and said that the Chandan program is a melodious opportunity for parents to spend time happily with their children and friends by having a moonlit meal in today’s busy life. Later, the parents had lunch with their children. Parents served food to the school teachers. Parents, children and teachers all danced around the campfire.
ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಮಾ. 7: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಂದನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸಂಗೀತ ಅವರು ನೆರೆದಿದ್ದ ಪೋಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ–ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಂದ ಮನಮೋಹಕವಾದ ಕೀಬೋರ್ಡ್ ವಾದನ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ನೇಹದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಸಾರುವ ನಾಟಕ–ನೃತ್ಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಮಾತೃಭಾರತೀ ತಂಡದವರಿಂದ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಗೀತೆ ಹಾಡಿದರು. ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆ, ಹಬ್ಬ-ಹರಿದಿನಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಧುನಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೀರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಕುರಿತು ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮನದಟ್ಟಾಗುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ. ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪೋಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಚಂದನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಇಂದಿನ ಬಿಡುವಿಲ್ಲದ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೋಷಕರು ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೆಳದಿಂಗಳ ಊಟವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಕಳೆಯಲು ಒಂದು ಸುಮಧುರವಾದ ಅವಕಾಶ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
