Ballari, Jan 14: The Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ballari organized a Suggi festival event. The students explained the significance of celebrating the Suggi festival. In connection with the Sankranti festival, a Rangoli competition for Mother’s was also arranged on the date: 13.01.2026. The mothers who participated in this competition with joy and enthusiasm were awarded certificates of achievement. The principal enlightened the children about the scientific and traditional aspects of Makar Sankranti celebrations. Smt. Renuka, the music teacher, sang a song about the Suggi festival collectively with the children. The event concluded with the singing of Vande Mataram. The mothers of Bharat distributed sesame, jaggery, and peanuts to the children.
ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಜ. 14: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಗ್ಗಿ ಹಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸುಗ್ಗಿಹಬ್ಬ ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವ ಕುರಿತು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ 13.01.2026 ರಂದು ಮಾತೆಯರಿಗೆ ರಂಗೋಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಡಗರ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ವಿಜೇತರಾದ ಮಾತೆಯರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಚಾರ್ಯರು ಮಕರ ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಸಂಗೀತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾದ ರೇಣುಕ ಅವರು ಸುಗ್ಗಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಕುರಿತು ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾಡಿದರು. ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ ಹಾಡುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು. ಮಾತೃ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮಾತೆಯರು ತಂದ ಎಳ್ಳು- ಬೆಲ್ಲ- ಕಡಲೆಯನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿದರು.
