Ballari, Nov. 26: Constitution Day was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ballari.Students in their speeches emphasized the fundamental rights and duties and upheld the spirit of the Constitution.Children performed a short play to create awareness about rights.
