Ballari, Aug 19: Rakshabandhan was observed herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ballari. Sri Balaraj, campaigner of RSS, Bellary, graced the program.The students, teachers and other staff tied Rakhees to each other and celebrated.
