Ballari, Feb. 2: The School Annual Day was held herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ballari under the theme “Pranavam” Our Country Our Pride. Dr. B.K. Sundar graced the program. N. Dinesh Hegde, General Secretary of Rashtrotthana Parishad, presided over the event. The students displayed their talents in a cultural program on our country’s religion, culture, folk art, dance, festivals, national pride, independence, history and education. In particular, the Dollu Kunita Kamsale, Huli Vesha, Yakshagana dance attracted the attention of the audience.
ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಫೆ. 2: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ” ಪ್ರಣವಂ” ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡು ನಮ್ಮ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಎಂಬ ಶಿರ್ಷಿಕೆಯಡಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಕೆ .ಸುಂದರ್ ರವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಎನ್. ದಿನೇಶ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಅವರು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡಿನ ಧರ್ಮ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಜಾನಪದ ಕಲೆ, ನೃತ್ಯ, ಹಬ್ಬಗಳು, ನಾಡ ಅಭಿಮಾನ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ, ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸಿದರು. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಡೊಳ್ಳು ಕುಣಿತ ಕಂಸಾಳೆ, ಹುಲಿ ವೇಷ, ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ನೃತ್ಯ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದವು.
